Week 45 - Transfers: Episode 7

Today, on Missionary Survival....

Me at the dock in Pohnrakied
Nobody get's transferred, but English is becoming foreign.

This transfer, due to my companions trial with learning the language, I've decided to make things harder and speak only Pohnpeian for the rest of the transfer. Today I've clearly failed, but it's P-day. So we'll see how this goes..... Hope I don't end up with a black eye heheheh

At the dock. Caldwell is backing us up.
These pictures at the dock were taken Sunday morning, waking people up for church.
This week has been greaaat. Our goals have been to teach upwards of 5-6 lessons a day. We've only succeeded one day... BUT! I have a determination! You've got to be really strong to remain focused and dedicated. #ShootingforSisterBehlingLevelAwesome #goals

Spaghetti with our Member Present, Tulpe
We've been doing a lot less friending/tracting, and doing a lot more picking up of old investigators and helping less actives. I think because this area of the world is so full of amazingly prepared people, that if someone doesn't start progressing right away, you get a little impatient and just move on to find someone else. But we've been changing that and working more and helping them. guiding them and working to change their hearts. I mean, that's ultimately the gospel. changing people's hearts and repenting!

An investigator's house

Same house
Also we got hit on like 4 times within the past three days. I'm getting very tired of it, but whatever. It is what it is.

Turtle shells in the water at the dock

A drunk man at 7am at the dock
Love you all!! I hope you're doing fantastic and that you're not telling PETA about the turtle shell's. I'm pretty sure that picture's illegal or something. I don't know. Love ya!!
